Things to do

Build days in pairs: a demanding hike answered by hot springs, a dive morning followed by a slow village afternoon. Most highlights sit within a ninety-minute drive of Roseau.

Getting around

Fly into Douglas–Charles (DOM) or arrive by fast ferry from Guadeloupe and Martinique. A 4x4 gives the most freedom; local minibuses and guides cover every main route.

Best time to visit

December to April brings drier trails and calm seas. June to October is greener, warmer and quieter — waterfalls at full volume, with rain most afternoons.

Travel information

Currency is the East Caribbean dollar; English is spoken island-wide alongside Kwéyòl. Pack trail shoes, a dry bag and reef-safe sunscreen — you will be wet most days, happily.
